So Apparently My Class Has Been Being Spied On…
This is so fucking weird. Surreal. I’m going to try and explain what the hell just happened to me, but my thoughts may be a bit scattered. And I promise you, every I report was indeed what just happened to be within the last hour.
So I’m sitting in this Comparative Economic Systems class of mine. As a note, this term started on the 4th of January for me, so this just concluded my second week.
With an extremely worldly, educated, My professor is extremely worldly, educated, and experienced and apparently been followed in ways I’ll never even be able to fucking imagine. From being in East Germany months before the USSR collapse, etc. I mean, he knows his shit.
So towards the end of lecture, he starts sort of rambling on to his experience with local and state police officers in other countries. Then he mentions something about how he’s even been followed into the states. Things are starting to get a bit weird.
He mentions how they’ve even come into his classroom and attempt to incite violence within his students. And he mentions how he knows who it is, and that whatever he was doing (The person doing this), is basically going to end now. He hands a manila envelope to one of the students in the class, he’s got a hoodie, some sort of stylish fancy hat, and seems about his his mid-twenties.
It is then mentioned that this man was apparently an Israeli Sniper. Who has killed many people, and who frequently travels armed.
Things are getting weirder. He puts a copy of a letter to the Dead addressing this man, discussing what he’s done, etc. on the projector. A lot of it is the same information as what he was saying.
He tells this man that if he ever sees or hears of him even approaching the campus again, that it will be brought up to somebody in law enforcement, instead of simply the Dean. The professor also tells the man to give that letter to his superiors, then tells him that he may leave.
The man stands up, confirms the story of his experience as an Israeli Sniper, says that he has other information wrong, and then leaves the class.
My professor resumes talking about the subject a little bit, and gives more details on times that he had been apparently followed before. I was not the only person confused, I can promise you that.
However, after he leaves, several students confirm that he had actually spoken to them about weapons training, advice on constructing explosives, etc. Apparently this was all wanting to incite violence against the school. Apparently he wasn’t very subtle about this.
We get dismissed soon after. I didn’t get a chance to chat with any of the students who spoke up at the end, but if this was all a big joke, they were all the best fucking actors ever.
I honestly have no idea what the hell is going on. I guess I’ll see when next week begins. All in all, I’m extremely confused.
